Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure your package is tracked and insured during transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box and include all manuals and warranty cards before sealing it in a shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
